Leo passed away peacefully at his residence in Stanford Place,Parksville BC on June 19th, 2010, with his son Lance and his daughters Milynne and Donna at his side.
The staff at Douglas View Unit were exceptional. We Thank you for taking such good care of our father during his last years.
Leo was an avid outdoorsman. He was also a carver as well as a friend to many. He loved to joke and tease. He adored his grandson Kashes and was a wonderful grandfather. He is survived by several brothers and sisters, who live in Alberta, with the exception of William (Bill) Jager who has resided in Parksville in the past & currently lives in Quesnel, BC.
A celebration of Life will take place at the Errington Memorial War Hall, located at 1390 Errington Rd on Aug 15th from 1 - 4 PM
