Lawrence passed away peacefully at the age of 80 years on Sunday April 01, 2018 with his wife and son at his side.
Son of Edward and Adele Spetz of Riverhurst, SK.
Survived by Sharon Spetz, his loving wife of 24 years. Children Jim (Ruth), Bill (Shaunna), Carol (Glen), David and Marleine (Francis). Step children Allan (Christina), Melanie (Steve) and Valerie (Chris). Grandchildren Joel, Aaron, Austin, Barbra, Rowan, Kal, Anjani, Milan, William, Nathan, Evan, Macey, Ethan, Halle, Blake and Carson. Siblings Raymond, Elaine (John), Jo-Ann (Jack) and Lois. Numerous nieces and nephews, and special sister-in-law, Bev.
Predeceased by his first wife Gladys in 1988, infant daughter Barbara, and brother-in-laws Steve, Cyril and Ron.
There will be a Celebration of Life at Yates Memorial Services, 1000 Allsbrook Road Parksville, BC, Saturday April 07, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. All are welcome.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that if you wish, a donation can be made to the Canadian Cancer
Society of BC in memory of Lawrence.
