It is with heavy hearts; we announce the passing of Leslie Carol Baird née Henderson. Leslie passed away peacefully on May 28, 2024, at the age of 72.

Born on August 10, 1951, in Ireland, Leslie was a beloved wife (Robbie), mother, grandmother, sister and friend who touched the lives of all she met with her kindness and generosity.

Leslie was known for her loving, kind-hearted, thoughtful ways and was always gracious in everything she did.

Leslie is survived by her devoted children, Ian (Kerry) Baird and Shannon (Toby) Williams, who were the light of her life, along with her cherished grandchildren - Kayla, Sadie, Karson, and Libby, and her loving partner Jack.

She also leaves behind a loving extended family, including her sister Valerie, nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.

Leslie's warmth, wisdom, and unwavering support will be deeply missed by all who knew her. She dedicated her life to nurturing her family and creating a loving home filled with joy and laughter. Her legacy of love and compassion will live on in the hearts of her family and friends.

Leslie's family extends their deepest gratitude for the outpouring love and support during this difficult time.

A celebration of life will be held on August 10, 2024 at 1pm at The Bradley Centre in Coombs, 975 Shearme Rd, Coombs BC.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the BC Cancer Society.

Leslie will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
