It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Lloyd, on Monday, January 19, 2015 at Nanaimo Regional General Hospital at the age of 78.
Loving husband of 18 years to Hazel; predeceased by his first wife Lena; father to Linda and Lorn; grandfather to Derek; great-grandfather to Katerina and Jessica; and a brother to Erling and Richard. Lloyd will also be missed by his nieces, nephews and extended family as well as his many close friends.
A Memorial Service will be held in Lloyd’s honour at 2:00 pm on Thursday, January 29th at the Yates Funeral Chapel, 1000 Allsbrook Road in Parksville with a reception to follow. A private family interment was held on a previous date at St. Anne & St. Edmund Cemetery in Parksville.
