RITCHIE, Lorna Joy
Born in Regina Sask. Aug.12, 1931, NEE Colbert, died ?suddenly Aug.29, 2007 in her hometown of Qualicum B.C.
She leaves behind to mourn her passing her loving husband of 55 years, Robert James, her mother-in-law Alice Emma, her sister Thelma McMorris, brother Dr.Jack Colbert (Joyce), her sister-in-laws Pearl Ritchie and Lorna Mae Gardiner, brother-in-law Ken Ritchie (Debbie).
She leaves to mourn her passing her loving daughter Carolyn (Jerry) and son Robert (Lynn),Gene Jackson, her grandchildren, Dale (Jill), Teresa (James), Dylan (Amanda), David, Lauren and Kara.
She leaves many nieces and nephews in British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan.
Lorna was an active member of the community of Qualicum with many wonderful friends.
She will be missed.
A memorial service will be held for the immediate family. There will also be a celebration of life to take place shortly afterwards for all family and friends as soon as ?arrangements can be made.
