Margaret Adams, born August 21, 1930 in England, passed away March 13, 2019 surrounded by her family at The James Bay Care Centre, Victoria, BC. Predeceased by her loving husband, Peter, in 2016, Margaret is survived by her three children, their spouses, six grandchildren and spouses and three great grandsons.
Margaret and Peter were married in England in 1950 and emigrated to Vancouver BC Canada in 1952. Later on they moved to Victoria where they worked hard, created a good life and raised three children. Margaret always had a beautiful and welcoming home. Margaret was Nursery School trained at the age of fifteen in England and later attained her Early Childhood Educator Diploma in BC and worked all her life with young children. In retirement Margaret and Peter moved to Gabriola Island and then to Parksville, where they enjoyed many years and many friendships. Margaret loved being active and enjoyed yoga and swimming but mostly enjoyed dancing with Peter.
The family would like to thank the staff at James Bay Care Centre for the loving care of their mom for the last 15 months.
