Died peacefully at Malaspina Gardens, Nanaimo, BC on Wednesday, January 11, 2017
Margaret Effie Hood (nee Gill) of Nanaimo, formerly of St. Catharines and Welland, ON in her 96th year.
Beloved wife of the late Robert Hood (2008). Loving mother of David Slivinski of Midland and Judy White of St. Catharines. Dear grandmother of Michael Slivinski, Paula Gillespie, Geoff White, Jason White, Robyn McFee and great grandmother of eleven. Margaret was a long time participant of the Parksville lawn bowling club. Cremation has taken place.
Interment will be in Fonthill Municipal Cemetery, Pelham, ON at a later date.
