Kaube, Margaret “June”
Passed away peacefully September 26, 2005
On September 26th, Margaret “June” Kaube
peacefully passed away in Nanaimo General
Hospital. Born in Victoria B.C. in September 1938,
survived her twin at birth. She has always been a resident of
Vancouver Island and lived in Parksville for the past 38 years.
June loved to socialize and had many friends. She was a hardy woman but sensitive and multi-talented with many achievements; from
building her home of 38 years to creating many memorable art pieces, and oil
paintings. Although her dwindling health made life
challenging for her, she always kept her mind busy. In her last years she had stroked the pages of at least 4000 books. She was self
educated in Religion and history and geography. She was an avid gardener and world traveler.
She is survived by her 3 loving sons, Mike,
David, and Joe, and her husband, Herbert. She has 2
surviving bothers, Bill and Laurie and 3 grandchildren.
She was a spiritualist and believed that she will always be with us. She was well loved and will always remain in our hearts. We love you
June. You will never be forgotten.
