It is with heartfelt sadness we announce the passing of Marjorie. Born Marjorie Dorothy Kennedy on February 24, 1941, she passed at 81 years.
Marjorie is survived by her 4 children Dorothy Boss (Colin Boss) Robert Hyde (Ted Norman)Patrick Hyde and Shane Hyde (Danielle Hyde). Her 10 Grandchildren- Kyle Boss, Nicole Fredrickson, Keiran Hyde, Liam Hyde, Evan Hyde, Owen Hyde Marley Hyde, Josh Hyde Nathan Hyde and Travis Hyde, Her 5 Great Grandchildren Dawson Boss, Aiden Hyde, Tessa Hyde Finley Hyde and Sawyer Hyde.
She is also survived by her 3 sisters and 3 brothers. Many nieces and nephews.
Marj was born in Victoria B.C She was 1 of 11 children. What they lacked in money they made up for in love. A close-knit family that grew and expanded. Sharing that core foundation to future generations.
Marjorie worked hard throughout her life. She never backed down from giving her children what she could. She was a strong loving woman. Her heart was large always helping family, friends, neighbours. Giving even when she hadn't much to give.
Before her health issues Marj loved to garage sale. She found joy in finding treasures for all, that made her happy. Be it garage sale goodies or dinners shared with her neighbours. Even treats for her furry four-legged dog pals. Her big heart and compassionate ways touched many. Marj never wavered from her decision. She died like she lived on her own terms with strength courage and dignity surrounded by family. She left this earth filled with peace and love.
