Martin Sichert

October 21, 1929 - December 3, 2019
Born in Germany on October 21, 1929, Martin passed away December 3, 2019 at Nanaimo Regional General Hospital. He will be lovingly remembered by his partner, Mona Harris; son Robert (Scarlet) of Bradenton, Florida; grand-daughter Natasha Kanipe and her husband of Clarksville, Tennessee; granddaughter Brittaney Hixon and her husband and two sons, Cole and Cannon, of Myakka City, Florida; step-son Chuck (Diane) of Hazelton, BC, and their family; step-daughter Betty (Brian) of New Glasgow, NS, and their family; step-daughter Lorraine (John) of Nanaimo, BC, and their family; nephews Werner and Hubert and their families, as well as extended family members in Germany. He was pre-deceased by his wife, Vivian. Martin's love of the outdoors and his family will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
At Martin's request, there will be no service. A celebration of Martin's life will be held Wednesday, March 18, 2020, at the Qualicum Beach Lawn Bowling Club, 665 Jones Street, Qualicum Beach, BC, commencing at 2:00 pm. Please join family and friends to remember Martin.
