In Loving Memory ~
Our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, Mary Serenuk, passed away peacefully with her family by her side, at the Nanaimo General Hospital Palliative care unit on February 9th, 2023 at the remarkable age of 101 years.
She will be lovingly remembered & missed by her children, twin daughters, Shirley (Garry-deceased), Diane (Geoff), son Nickolas(Laura), grandchildren Karen (Allen), Catherine (Kai), Scarlett, & her great-granddaughter Svenya.
She was predeceased by her husband Nickolas in 1971 and her son Edward in 1954.
She will be missed by all her friends at Cokely Manor in Parksville, BC.
The family wish to extend a very special thank you to all the staff at Cokely Manor and to the NRGH Hospital for all their love, care, and compassion.
No service will be held. Interment will take place in Winnipeg, MB in the later Spring.
A Family Celebration of Life will he held at a later date.
