URQUHART, Maud
Passed away January 14, 2008 at age 84.
She is survived by her husband Bob, daughter Sharon (Gary) Urquhart of Vancouver, BC, brother Joe Black, sister Sadie Collins both of Northern Ireland and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held Friday, January 18, 2008 at Yates Chapel, 1000 Allsbrook Rd., Parksville, BC at 2:00 pm.
Donations may be made in Maud’s memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, 48-91 Front Street, Nanaimo, BC V9R 5H9
