With deepest regrets and sadness we announce the passing of Melody Rae Booth (nee Jensen) on September 30th, 2010 in Nanaimo, BC. Melody was born October 5th, 1959 in Burnaby, BC, and passed away in Nanaimo Regional General Hospital, surrounded by her family. Melody is survived by her parents Raymond and Dorothy Jensen, brothers, Russel (Darcie) and Darren (Shar), her husband Mervin, her son Phillip, and her three daughters Jennifer, Alana, and Gabrielle, and many other family and friends. We would like to thank the staff at Nanaimo Regional General Hospital for all their care and support through this difficult process. Melody, you will be deeply missed and loved by all. We’ll see you on the other side.
Family and friends are welcomed to celebrate her life on Saturday October 9th, 2010 at 1pm at Knox United Church in Parksville, BC.
