Norman Henry MYCOCK

Norman Henry MYCOCK

April 28, 1927 – February 14, 2011

Norman passed away peacefully on Valentines morning in Nanaimo Hospital. All who knew and loved him know that he passed with his usual courage and dignity.

Norman is survived by his loving wife Elizabeth (Bette) whom he adored, his eldest son Norman Jr. (Debbie), Robert (Bob)(Val), Len, and his only daughter Penny (Greg), his brothers Wilfred, Earl (Gloria), and numerous grand and great-grandchildren, nephews and nieces.

Norman lived his life the way he wanted, full of zest for any living creature, both two and four legged. All who knew him loved him and received his love, generosity, encouragement and help in so very many ways. Norman was always there for so many people in so many ways we would need a book to record it all.

Norman will be missed so very much by all those lives he touched and he will always be with us, whether it be a smile, a helping hand, a beautiful sunset, or in the birth of a newborn calf. Much thanks to the wonderful caring staff at Nanaimo Regional Hospital – you were so good to him.

Celebration of Life to be held Thursday, February 24, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. at Yates Funeral Chapel,

1000 Allsbrook Rd, Parksville, BC.
