Oct 12, 1934 - Mar 5, 2018
Pam passed away peacefully at the age of 83 on Monday, March 5th, 2018.

Predeceased by her husband, Herbert "Bert" Waller; parents, George and Phyllis Bratley (nee Smith); sister, Susan Bellinger; and niece, Claire Bellinger.

Pam is survived by her daughter, Jayne (David); son, Tim (Elysse); grandchildren, Penny, Sarah, Melissa, Kira, Karson, Jillian; and great-grandchildren, Angus and Fynn.

Pam and Bert emigrated from England to Canada in 1969. After many years in Quebec and Ontario, they moved to Victoria in 1983. It was in Victoria that Pam spent many years in the Socred Caucus Office in a secretarial role to many MLA's and then Ministers. She enjoyed the fast pace and demands that the political arena brought, and maintained a keen interest in BC politics throughout her life. Pam made and maintained strong friendships with many people during her time there.

Pam and Bert then moved to Qualicum Beach and purchased the Village Green Coffee Shop. In 1997 they retired back in Victoria where Pam volunteered with the Visitor Centre, showing off and sharing the city she loved. Pam returned to Qualicum Beach shortly after Bert's death in 2013.

The family would like to thank the staff at The Gardens, Dr. Biglow and his staff, the community nurses, as well as the nurses and volunteers in the Hospice unit at Trillium Lodge for all the love and care they gave to mum. She will be greatly missed by friends and family.

At Pam's request, there will be no service. If you wish, a donation can be made to the Kidney Foundation of Canada. www.kidney.ca
