It is with great sadness that we announce Pamela, (also known as the Hat Lady in Parksville and Qualicum Beach) passed away peacefully on Thursday May 20, 2021 at the age of 86.
She is survived by her children: Fiona and Timothy. One Granddaughter, Rachel and two great grandchildren.
Well known for her fashionable hats and attire, she always had a smile on her face to greet everyone she met.
Pamela had many interests including organic gardening, cooking and entertaining, doing tapestries, knitting and being involved with her community and church, St.Marks. She loved fashion, jewelry, music, the arts and going out and about.
She lived a good long life in her 86 years. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
Due to the restrictions of Covid a small ceremony will be held by invitation only at a later date.
