Phyllis passed away peacefully on May 31, 2006 at Trillium Lodge.
Survived by three sons and one daughter, James, William (Mary), Phyllis Dawson (William) and Kenneth (Dorothy), ten grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
We would like to thank the staff at Trillium Lodge for their care and compassion.
