1938 - 2012
Ray passed away on July 19th, 2012 after a short battle with Leukemia. He was born in Matachewan, Ontario on Jan. 6th, 1938. Ray was in the army for 27 years. After he retired from the army be became a cabinet maker.
Ray is survived by his sister Jane, niece Shelly, granddaughter Tina (Rick), grandson Shane (Ashley) and partner Leslie.
There will be a celebration of life for Ray on Sept. 23rd. between 1 pm and 3 pm at the Parksville Legion #49, 146 Hirst Ave., Parksville, BC.
