STRUGNELL, Roger William
Roger was born in Burnaby BC on June 13, 1924 and passed away peacefully on Monday October 8, 2007. He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Irene. He also leaves his son, Dean, his daughter Stacey(Craig), grandsons, Graydon, Duncan, and Lachlan, and many nieces and nephews.
The Strugnell's moved to Vancouver Island in 1970. Then built the Resort & Trailer park and he became "Bowser Bill". After living in Bowser for 36 years they moved to Qualicum Beach.
Roger was a proud member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Bowser Branch #211 and when in good health was an active volunteer.
Friends and neighbours are invited to a Tea on Saturday October 13 from 2pm to 4pm at the Bowser Legion Hall. In lieu of flowers a donation to the First Open Heart Society of BC, or a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
