MOM

For as long as I can remember,

I’ve wanted to be like you —

gentle and gracious and wise.

Because I admire you so much,

The greatest compliment I can ever receive

Is for someone to say,

“You remind me so much of your mother.”

An angel on Earth, an angel in Heaven.
