VAINO JOHANNES LEIVO
Born in Vassa, Finland on 27 April, 1928,
died suddenly in Nanaimo Regional Hospital
on 4 May, 2014.
Predeceased by his first wife Sonja in 1992, this very special and gentle man will be forever loved and missed by his devoted wife Cindy, daughter
Marja-Leena (Honolulu), son Tapani (Vancouver), grandson Marc (Karen) and great granddaughter Ada (Portland).
He was also ‘loved to bits’ by his stepdaughters Tamara and Heidi (Patrick), stepson Philip (Dallas), step-grandchildren Shelby, Zoe & Julia. He will also be missed greatly by many good friends, neighbours
and relatives here and in Finland.
And his favourite ‘furball’ Misi.
