KENDALL, William (Bill) G.

March 31, 1923 – December 7, 2014

Born in Palmer, SK. After several years of failing health Bill passed away at 2:30 pm., December 7, 2014 with his family by his side.

Predeceased by his parents, two sisters, a half brother and a daughter-in-law. He is survived by his wife Marguerite; son John (Myriam); daughters Wendy (Brian), Diane (Jim) and brother Art (Burtine). He is also survived by grandchildren; Roxana (Bertrand), Nicholas (Banasheh), Andrea, Sean (Amber), Jennifer (Vasili), Lee, Zia and Kieto; six great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Bill was a RCAF veteran having served his country in WWII, including active duty in England and the continent, returning home in 1946. He re-enlisted 1947 – 1968.

In later years Bill was an active member of Central Saanich Lion’s Club; enjoyed golfing, lawn bowling, carpet bowling and mini golf.

A Celebration of Life will be held Tuesday,

December 30th at St. Anne’s/ St. Edmund’s

Anglican Church at 1:30 pm.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Anne’s/St. Edmund’s Anglican Church, 407 Wembley Road, Parksville, BC V9P 2W9 or a charity of your choice.
