Bill is survived by his wife and soulmate Donna who was blessed to walk by his side for twenty two years, his son Timothy, daughter Sue, several grandchildren and great grandchildren and his little dog, Mandy Rose.
Bill loved his work as a machinist in the geophysical industry and also spent many happy hours working with disabled adults and children in Texas. For the past 11 years his volunteer time has been dedicated to the Society of Organized Services (SOS) in Parksville where he was active in several programs.
Those whose lives he touched will remember Bill for his gentleness, his charming smile and quick wit, his love of the outdoors and his love of animals.
There will be no service at his request.
In lieu of flowers, Bill asked that donations be made to the SOS Building Fund, PO Box 898, Parksville, BC V9P 2G9 in his memeory.
He lived.
He laughed.
He loved.
He was loved.
