Willy Ohr
January 31, 1932 – April 5, 2016
Willy passed in peace after a brave battle with
complex health issues.
He was survived by his wife Gisa; his (now) late Daughter Siegrid; his Stepdaughter Janet; family in Germany and many good friends in Canada and
Germany. My heartfelt thanks to Dr. Bigelow, his staff and to the compassionate, kind staff at the Manor in Qualicum Beach, who cared for Willy during his illness.
My deepest thanks go to my daughter Janet, without whose invaluable help I would not have been able to handle Willy’s illness and passing. I would also like to thank my friends and neighbours for their support during Willy’s long illness.
