Reading the The NEWS of June 18 I was impressed by the insightful analysis of the political state of affairs in our area that Craig Dutton provided (letter to the editor, Stop Complaining).
He has such a grasp of the politics of local and provincial levels that he must have benefitted from a solid education such as those offered in liberal jurisdictions such as Alberta.
I look forward to reading his analysis of the expected campaign shenanigans when we experience the federal election in 2015.
In the interim I am reminded of that old catechismic chestnut, altered a bit here: “what’s the difference between a Boeing 747 and Craig Dutton? When the 747 gets to Hawaii it stops whining!”
