It’s the annual Doctor’s Be Active Every Day challenge. Through October, hundreds of local Grade 4/5 students and their teachers are working at setting habits for life-long healthy living. So, when you see that 10 year-old jumping a fence, give them a thumbs-up. You might even choose to turn off your screens and join them.
