Ban pesticides Parksville

Kudos to Kathleen Falvai for her well written guest column pointing out the continuing danger in pesticide use.

Kudos to Kathleen Falvai for her well written guest column in The NEWS pointing out not only the continuing danger in pesticide use but the lack of leadership shown by Mayor Marc Lefebvre on this issue.

I live in Craig Bay where some pesticides are still currently used and am concerned about the hazards not only to our human residents and visiting grandchildren but also to our many pets.

Hopefully it is not too late for city council to re-address this issue.
