I could not believe my ears when over the airwaves I heard a CBC report refer to the San Bernardino shootings in an inaccurate, politically-correct way.
The shooters, two radicalized Muslims, killed 14 people wounding many others.
The Americans called them “terrorists.” Even President Barack Obama finally used the word he has so long avoided.
But all our CBC could manage to say was that “an armed couple” had committed the act.
I suppose when the Liberals promised our non-competitive media giant an additional $150 million in taxpayer funding, one must go along with that party’s preference for watering down reality.
