Since it is highly unlikely that the E&N train service will be reactivated in the Parksville-Qualicum corridor, we can erect the necessary cell towers along the rail line to provide the essential services for increasing members of the public who now rely on this communication.
This location would address the fears of a minority in the community who believe that proximity to a cell tower will somehow impact the gene structure of future generations.
