Imagine a country where more than 80 per cent of the voters turn out to vote on a national issue, and more than 90 per cent of the voters choose to join Russia and western leaders, including Canada, will not recognize the vote of the people.
Does this mean our votes are not recognized unless we vote how we are told or expected?
