I am entirely in agreement with Julian Fell’s criticism of the board of the ICF.
Instead of suing him, they should invite him on to their board and ask how he can help them proceed with the revival of the train.
The ICF can give all kinds of excuses, but they desperately need a mover and a shaker to get some action.
They have not stimulated the population on the Island to support their project. It has been misconceived.
It needs a rapid transit system up and down the Island probably two tracks and a great deal more money than they originally considered sufficient.
