I have dual citizenship, Canadian and British. I’m just hearing about Bill-C4 and I thoroughly approve.
In essence, it says I’m as good as every other Canadian citizen if I do no harm to Canada and behave as an upright citizen.
That is right and just. I’m a citizen, a first class citizen. There’s nothing second class about me.
