Image of Canada has changed

Neil Horner's column was bang on

For us, Mr. Horner’s column (The News, April 22) was right on the mark.

We have travelled in the UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand, and as Canadians, we have always felt  that we were welcome in the host country.  Because of our age, we no longer travel abroad; however, we feel that  we would not receive the same friendly reception as we once did.

We do not like how our country has changed and is continuing to change. For this reason, we hope that the Conservative Party will not receive a majority in the coming election.
