I am also not a fan of messy unkempt residential properties, but why would anyone here on Vancouver Island complain about a neighbour having an RV or a boat parked on their property ?
We live in the most beautiful place with near endless opportunity for recreation and it just happens to be an Island, so a boat would almost seem to be a necessity here.
Property is expensive enough without having to pay more fees to store your belongings elsewhere because your neighbours don’t like the look of your motorhome, trailer or boat.
Just relax, you are on the Island now.
