To the Guardians of the Mid Island Estuaries and Parksville mayor and council:
I would like to protest the continued killing of our Canada geese who deserve to be protected as our national bird.
Also, I live in Qualicum Beach, but was unaware when you were killing Canada geese at the Little Qualicum Estuary.
It seems that you do not believe in notifying citizens of your intent. We all pay taxes and deserve to know what is happening in our areas.
I believe that is time that you pay attention to your listed other reasons for estuary damage.
