I am disgusted by your decision to make the recent dog feces incident involving Qualicum Beach Coun. Neil Horner your lead headline in your Oct. 5 paper.
While I recognize that your paper does not exactly cover a lot of “hard news,” and that the Horner story likely did require reporting, most responsible journalists would say there were other stories in your paper more worthy of front page coverage. You can do better!
