After reading the details of railway proposal, there is only one viable alternative

After glancing through the E&N Corridor: Development Strategies for the Island Corridor Foundation report of November, 2008 produced by the IBI Group, a worldwide leader in multimodal transportation design for the movement of people, goods and information, section 3.2, costs of railway restoration, I have one recommendation.

Take a used truck rim, place it in the center of the RDN board room, fill it with 945 one thousand dollar bills and hand the matches to Dave Willie.
