Make votes really count

If you want to really make a difference, vote Conservative

Re: Wendy Maurer’s letter in the May 7 edition of The NEWS (I want my vote to count). If you vote for Dr. David Coupland, your vote would count in a big way for the residents of Oceanside and the province as a whole.

This is the first time I can remember having the choice to vote for such a superb candidate. I have lived in B.C. for the last 38 years, 29 in Oceanside, and feel Coupland is tailor made for the job.

At the last two all-candidate meetings, I have had six people express to me that they wished Coupland was the B.C. Conservative Party leader. He is a leader, but John Cummins is the party leader and he knows how to bring B.C. back to being the province that it can and should be — he is a man you can trust.

As for Coupland, he knows what is needed in this constituency and how to make it happen. He will work across party lines and do what ever it takes to get the job done. He is here for us.
