The traffic in the village is increasing rapidly and is becoming hazardous to even cross at the traffic light, never mind the crosswalks.
Motorists do not seem to recognize the walk sign and will pass in front of the pedestrian.
Twice in one week I have seen a pickup speed past The Old School House and the school zone.
We need a police presence on foot in town. Who knows? It might save a life.
