Parksville dumping

To the gentleman driving the light-coloured Chrysler, I would like you to know that Wildgreen Way is not where you dump your garden waste.

To the gentleman driving the light-coloured Chrysler, I would like you to know that Wildgreen Way is not where you dump your garden waste in Parksville.

On five separate occasions now you have decided that the ditch which abuts a forest area on this road is the place for your grass clippings, rhodo leaves, hostas and other waste as opposed to the transfer station or even a composter.

Recently you decided to add a very invasive species of plant to the mix, ivy cuttings. What is next, perhaps lamium or maybe vinca? I almost got your license number during one dump but you drove off in such a hurry when you saw me cycling towards you. What a shame, I would have liked to have spoken to you directly.

The forest is not the place to introduce invasive plant species so if you are so dead against proper disposal then come a bit further down the road and give them to me, I will pay the disposal fee.
