Shame on the person who was driving west on the Alberni Highway just before the Coombs Store Tuesday, July 30 at 10:20 a.m. who couldn’t take the time to stop and let a peacock cross the road. You hit the peacock and left it frightened and bleeding standing in the middle of the road. I hope you had a better day than I had after witnessing your deed.
