Recently I had the need to visit the urgent care centre in Parksville. I am pleased to report that I was attended to within 30 minutes by Dr. Nel. I quickly received an IV of antibiotic. Dr. Nel also made an appointment for me at the Nanaimo hospital for a procedure, with further follow-up back at the Parksville centre the next day. I would like to thank Dr. Nel, Dr. Winner, the nurse practitioner and nurses for their dedicated good service. I think this centre needs some positive responses and given a chance to prove itself.
