Good for Parksville for stopping their $858 monthly payments to Southern Rail. Why would the RDN board of directors vote against a performance audit?
Has someone got something to hide? Surely having such an audit would, assuming all is well, set some minds at ease regarding the ICF activities.
Just remember the figure of $20.4 million. I’ll bet my granny’s support hose this figure will be exceeded if things ever get out of the starting gate.
