Save our trains

I would like to urge our government officials to reinstate our Island train travel.

I would like to urge our government officials to reinstate our Island train travel.

I believe this is in accordance with the government’s idea of promoting public transport, especially in the Parksville Qualicum Beach area where many seniors reside and do not drive anymore.

It seems that bus services have declined in recent years, limiting public transport and forcing people to use private cars.

This is not good for the environment and contributes to accidents.

Trails and underground waterpipes could still be installed alongside the train corridor.

Let’s promote public transportation for all.
