This is a bad news/good news letter.
To the heartless couple in the pickup that left your dog tied in the back of your truck during Friday’s severe downpour: shame on you! To the kind lady who placed an umbrella over the dog, many thanks for your sincere act of kindness.
May you be blessed with good fortune. Your umbrella was turned into the Market staff. Again, many thanks from those of us who witnessed the plight of this helpless, and beautiful dog.
