On Friday, July 5 while on patrol with my patrol partner, Joanne Andreef, in Qualicum Beach with Citizens On Patrol, we witnessed a lovely, heart-warming scene near the fire hall.
There was a young lady in a long, dressy gown and a young gentleman in a suit, dancing tangos, etc. while playing music from a car radio (I’m assuming). This was between 11 p.m. and midnight and took place on the street near the fire hall. Romance and beauty is alive and well in Qualicum Beach. Well done and blessings, lovely young people.
