Thank you Qualicum Beach organizers and volunteers for the sterling job you did Sunday during the annual classic car show.
Throngs of people attended and on an early morning walk around town Monday, you would not have known that thousands of people were here yesterday, except for the hundreds of cigarette butts littered around Jones and the downtown area.
Smoke if you must, but please dispose of your butts in an appropriate manner.
