Kudos to the Qualicum Beach town workers, business community, Qualicum Beach Fire Department and all the volunteers for the fun and safe festivities held on Halloween.
We both enjoyed seeing the many families out with their children — or is that their ghosts, goblins, superheroes and princesses. We hope this event will continue.
