Recent letter writer Bob Budd has quite an imagination, dreaming aloud that wood smoke is 1,000 times more dangerous than tobacco smoke.
Crap I’d say, having heard of many people dying of tobacco but none dying of wood smoke. Even if there was a small bit of wood-smoke pollution, there is a lot of nature, like trees, around here to re-purify the air. That’s what nature does.
No wonder that his house is so cold in winter, paying for that expensive heat. I’m glad that I burn wood so I can have a nice comfy 25 C.
