PARKSVILLE — National Youth Week is just around the corner, and in keeping with the spirit of things the Parksville Baptist Church is ramping up for its second annual Killball Tournament.

This high-octane, high school dodgeball tourney will be played out May 4 from 6:30 to 9 p.m.

Registration is limited to a maximum 12 teams, and registration deadline is May 3, 4 p.m.

To register, entrants must turn in a Team Registration Form which  includes a team roster with the team name and the names and phone numbers of all eight players.

According to the tournament web site www.pym.ca/killball “there will be a draw for which teams will play each other and a round-robin style of play to determine the winning team. Winning team receives a sweet grand-prize!”

Registration forms can be accessed on the web site and can be dropped off at the Parksville Baptist Church Offices any day (Monday to Friday) from 8.30 am to 4 p.m. or any Wednesday night.
